ELOP Late Bus Survey

Dear Santa Rita ELOP Families. 


We are committed to ensuring that every student has access to After-School Services. To better understand the transportation needs of our families, we kindly ask that all parents complete a short survey. Your feedback will help us determine if transportation services are needed to support your child's participation in this valuable program.

  • If we initiate a late bus pick up route, parents will need to complete a release form from Right-At-School before they can release students to get picked up the bus. 
  • This service will be dependent on the number of families and students who are in need of transportation support in order to access the program.
  • The late bus will be taking students from the after-school ELOP school site (your child's school) to a designated bus stop near your residence. 
  • Door to door transportation will not be provided. 
  • Late bus pick ups from the school site will be at 6pm, which is the end of the expanded day program.
